Disappointed to find out the memory I bought from Amazon is not replaceable in the ASUS 1008HA! In addition the battery is not removable or replaceable. I also bought a carrying case per the "suggestion" from Amazon. It comes with a small carrying case so unless you need handles no need to purchase.
